Online Relaxation Classes
How may the Online Relaxation Class help me?
These simple, yet deeply relaxing sessions can help ease muscle tension, reduce stress and improve your sense of well-being. The classes last one hour with an optional check-in and chat at the end for 15 minutes. Please ensure you read the confirmation email which gives further details on how to prepare and get the most from these classes.
