    Art Therapist – Children & Young People’s Service

    Are you looking for a new opportunity to join our well-established Children and Young People’s Team?

    This is an exciting and challenging opportunity which involves working with children, young people and their families. Previous experience of therapeutic work with children on a one-to-one basis and with families is essential. Cavendish Cancer Care is a registered charity offering professional care and support, free of charge to people affected by a diagnosis of cancer.

    Normal Working Hours: 3 sessions per week on a Wednesday morning, Thursday morning or Friday morning ( all sessions to be delivered on the same day).

    This post is being offered on a self-employed basis.

    Rate of pay: Self-employed – Sessional rate of £40.

    • This includes: 50 minute therapy appointment, maintenance of equipment, note taking and reflection time between appointments.
    • Invoices to be submitted to Cavendish by the date specified each month by Cavendish to ensure payment is processed and paid in that month.
