Good times at Cav Folk Fest

The first ever Cav Folk Fest was held at Crookes Social Club last Friday night and raised a fantastic £460 thanks to everyone who generously gave their time and support. Those who were lucky enough to be there were entertained by some amazing performances in a relaxed, fun and friendly atmosphere. Huge thanks from Cavendish to Maurice Champeau for providing the venue and technical support on the night, to everyone in attendance and especially to all the artists who volunteered their time – Mike Richards & Judy Clifford of Dogwood Rose, Cocklebread, John Dyson, Murder at the Seaside, Tim & Julie Cole and Nigel Parsons.
