Just over 12 months ago, 4 local businesswoman (Erica Thompson from Pricecheck, Natalie Wilson from ProAktive, Sarah Riley from DLA Piper and Sinead McCall from Barclays) came together with our Head of Fundraising to bring a new networking event to the Sheffield scene. One where initially woman could come together and see their businesses Bloom.
Fast forward to the 23rd November and 4 events later, over £8000 has been raised for Cavendish Cancer Care – this would fund 290 hours of therapy for cancer patients and their families. We’ve had over 240 people attend and it has been beautiful to see the connections be made at our events.
