  • The Great Cloud Walker Challenge

    July 27, 2024

Looking for a team challenge that really pushes the limits? The Great Cloud Walker Challenge may be the one for you!

Starting from The Roaches, Leek in the Peak District, you’ll canoe, walk and abseil you way along the trail associated with King Arthur.

Starting with a 2km canoe or raft across the Tittesworth Reservoir followed by a a 30km hike across the rolling hills of the Peak District, passing the boulders and edges with mythical powers, you’ll go on to abseil down the cliff face of The Roaches. Make sure to avoid the infamous Doxley Pools. Legend has it, if you stare into the icy shimmer of the pools for even just a moment, you’ll be pulled into it by fierce mermaids. Finish your journey through the woods leading to the magical carved Green Chapel.

The challenge is run by qualified guides and instructors who individually tailor each trail to the group. It’s the perfect charity challenge to push yourself to the limits!

Support from guides and instructors throughout the trial, insurance and equipment for canoeing/rafting and abseiling are included.

    Price per person per group:

    10-20 people: £145

    20-30 people: £119

    31+ people: £99
