Regular giving

It’s quick and easy to become a regular giver online, via Just Giving.

A downloadable Regular Giving Form is also available. You can either:
– fill this out digitally and email it to us.
– print it out, fill it in by hand, and return it via post, scanning, or in person.

5 reasons to become a regular giver

1.) It helps us change lives
“If Cavendish were not there, people would simply have nowhere to go.” – Phil
Cavendish Cancer Care is a lifeline for people facing cancer, either as a patient or carer, in South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Last year, we supported 1,216 patients, 385 carers, and 44 children through our specialised young people’s service. We need the support of donors to keep providing this vital care to those in need.

2.) It’s a reliable source of funds
Year to year, charities are tasked with raising enough funds to keep going, so having friends we can count on is a big relief for us. Steady monthly income from regular donors gives us an invaluable sense of stability, and helps us plan for the future.

3.) Any amount helps
Regular Giving is an accessible way to help that doesn’t need to break the bank. Even a small amount makes a big difference. For £3 a month you could help keep our doors open – that’s the price of a drink in a coffee shop!

4.) Money goes directly to services
81p of every £1 we spend goes directly to our services. So you can be assured that your money won’t be spent on things like outside agencies fundraising on our behalf, or elaborate TV/marketing campaigns (that’s not really our style). It will be spent on providing direct support to those in the community who need it most.

5.) We are needed
Unfortunately, cancer can, and does, affect everyone. Did you know 1 in 2 or people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime? That means there’s a lot of people who need us. You never know when you or someone you love might need a service like Cavendish – that’s why it’s vital we stay open and available to everyone.
