Online Resources
We offer a range of free-of-charge online resources and activities so you can benefit from Cavendish support at home.
Cavendish@Home is the name for our Online Resource Hub. It includes lots of video and audio content, created for us by our therapy team, on a wide range of topics to support your wellbeing. You can use it at your own pace, at home whenever you like and it is free of charge. There are courses on nutrition, better sleep, meditation, relaxation techniques, bereavement support and much more.
