Dallas McDade

Volunteer Manager

Dallas came into the fold in 2003 when she was diagnosed with cancer. After her initial treatment she returned to work as a teacher, but soon discovered she was not the same person. However, this coincided with Cavendish needing admin support, and Dallas joined our finance team. She felt that, in whatever way she could, that she needed to help keep the doors open for others who would hear that same awful word. Dallas now manages our team of brilliant volunteers, including supporting our Buddy Service. 

Reception Team

When you arrive you will be greeted by one of our friendly reception team who will welcome you with tea, coffee and biscuits. The team is supported by a number of valued volunteers who all make sure we offer a calming and warm reception to all our clients and their loved ones.
