Lindsay takes on the Ladybower Ultra Marathon

Lindsay Smith it taking on the Ladybower Ultra Marathon on Saturday 14th October in memory of her husband Gareth.

Throughout Gareth’s diagnosis, himself, Lindsay and their girls were all supported by Cavendish. Since Gareth’s passing, Lindsay and the girls have continued to access support at the Centre and have taken on numerous challenges, including the Sheffield Round Run and the Ladybower Ultra to raise funds for Cavendish.

Lindsay originally started training for the Ultra alongside Gareth when he was inspired to take on the challenge by his friend Rob. Since Gareth’s passing, Lindsay has continued her training in memory of Gareth while looking after their girls.
