Free February Wills with ‘Make a Will’ Month

We know that for many people making a will is often seen as a daunting task and something many people put off, so throughout February we’ve teamed up with Buchanan & Co Solicitors Ltd for ‘Make a Will’ month so that you can get the help you need putting your affairs in order and getting peace of mind.

How does it work?

Buchanan & Co Solicitors are offering to write you a standard Will in exchange for a voluntary donation of £95 for a single Will or £150 for a double Will to Cavendish Cancer Care.

How do I pay the donation?

They accept cheques which they can forward on to Cavendish and they have an online donation system which you can do at home or they can do at your appointment. As this is a donation it does not attract VAT.

What is included in the Will package?
Their standard Will contains;

• Your personal details
• Your chosen Executors & Trustees
• Your chosen Beneficiaries e.g wife/husband then children/grandchildren etc.
• Your choice of dispatch e.g cremation/burial/other
• Appointing guardians for your children
• Simple bequests
• A gift to Cavendish Cancer Care (and any other chosen charities) should you choose to do so
