Baslow St Anne’s Primary get entrepreneurial for Cav!

Emma Draper, CEO of Cavendish, and Kirsty, Head of Fundraising, were recently invited to Baslow St Anne’s Primary School following the students recent fundraising efforts. Pupils across the year groups took on the challenge of thinking up a business idea, make the product and sell to their fellow classmates and teachers.

Products included tasty festive treats, merry mince pies, bags of sweets, reindeer hot chocolate cones, and marshmallow friends. The students raised an amazing £368.15 which will go towards helping more local families affected by cancer, including the Children and Young People’s Service.

The students loved getting involved in this challenge and raising money for Cavendish Cancer Care. It is a charity close to all of our hearts and it was amazing to see them get stuck in and create such fantastic products to sell.
