A fun weekend of fundraising

This coming weekend on 17th March is a busy one in the Cavendish Cancer Care fundraising calendar with three very different events taking place in support of our work.

Saturday kicks off the with Jitterbug Tea Party at Channing Hall from 3.30, enjoy an indulgent afternoon tea with big band entertainment for just £15 or £20 with fizz. To get tickets or find out more HERE 

Alternatively enjoy The Great Gatsby Experience  a one off pop-up cinema event screening the iconic Baz Luhrmann film ‘The Great Gatsby’ .

Hosted at The Abbeydale Picture House – Sheffield’s Grade II listed 1920’s ‘Picture Palace’ always brings a sense of occasion and a fully stocked bar for your enjoyment! Further entertainment will be provided by The Raccoon’s, a swing style band of local Sheffield performers.

At the other end of the spectrum is You Better Skate Up – A Grease themed roller disco. Now let’s be honest, we all love Grease, no matter how old you are, whether you are a pink lady or t bird fan, or the sounds of summer lovin’ or beauty school dropout take you straight back to your childhood!

They will have all the fun of the fair with an unforgettable evening of activities straight from the 50’s including mini fairground games, candy floss, popcorn, raffle, photo booths, an evening full of thrills and chills rollerblading and much more! get you tickets HERE
