  • Building a Wellbeing Strategy Charity Seminar with Freeths LLP

    February 9, 2022

Freeths LLP have joined up with Cavendish Cancer Care to provide a Seminar on Building a Wellbeing Strategy within your organisation.

Join Toby Pochron a Managing Associate from Freeths’ Employment team and Chloe Angus, Cavendish Corporate Wellbeing Manager to explore how best companies can navigate a more permanent hybrid working while bolstering wellbeing in the workforce with special consideration for supporting employees with long term health conditions.

1 in 5 UK workers feel unable to deal with the stresses of both work and home and, with the number of absences for mental health exceeding those of COVID in 2021, the importance of a wellbeing strategy is greater than ever.

By creating a culture of wellbeing and support, employers can ensure that they retain key staff, increase engagement and effectiveness and provide assistance to those who need it most. What’s more an effective wellbeing strategy can give your organisation a return on investment as high as 8:1.

    Who should attend?

HR Managers, HR Business Partners, Heads of HR, Line Managers, Wellbeing Leads, Training Managers, L&D Managers, and Business Owners

    What will the webinar deliver?

Toby from Freeths LLP will provide a detailed guide on how a business can implement a culture of wellbeing and openness through flexible working policies and modern / adaptive practices. The key focus will be supporting your team and your organisation, with special consideration to those with long term conditions.
