Nutrition Sessions
At Cavendish Cancer Care we’re experts in helping people affected by cancer to improve their diet and nutrition. We know the importance of a healthy diet for everybody and our team of nutritionists can guide you to make the right choices.
We offer an online nutrition course free of charge. These live sessions are designed for people affected by cancer and will be of use if you are recovering from cancer treatment, have a current diagnosis or are caring for someone with cancer.
Our final nutrition session of 2023 is on November 7th, 11am -12pm and is a Live Q&A with our nutrition experts Helen and Delphine. Use the booking link below to book.

Monday 5 Feb- The Psychology of eating, 1-2:30pm
Monday 12 Feb – Managing digestion and Gut Health, 1-2:30pm
Monday 26 Feb- Nutritional Nonsense Exposed, 1-2:30pm
Monday 4 March- Experts Q and A, 1-2pm
Our live online nutrition sessions will give you in-depth guidance direct from Delphine and Helen. All sessions are 11am-12.30pm unless otherwise stated. They are FREE OF CHARGE and you can book on just one or as many as you like. A short introduction to the sessions can be seen in the video below:
To book on to one of the sessions, please use the link below. You will need to create an account to sign up to the sessions but can then use these details for booking any future sessions. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to the live session and further details on how to get the most from the sessions.
