Cavendish Cancer Care Practitioner
Are you looking for a new opportunity to join our well-established team at Cavendish Cancer Care?
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to contribute to a key part of the service supporting and working directly with patients, carers and families affected by a diagnosis of cancer and during bereavement. We have an evidence based approach to the provision of integrated cancer care and this post involves working with patients and carers to provide an initial consultation and to oversee and coordinate a caseload of clients receiving support at Cavendish Cancer Care. Work may be delivered either at the Tim Pryor Centre or as part of outreach services for patients in designated areas within Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.

Hours: Negotiable up to 10 hours per week. This post is offered on a self-employed or a salaried contract depending on the applicant’s preference.
