They have been kind enough to support our work with in kind sales support and sponsorship. Most recently recruiting local busninesses to the Master Cutlers Challenge and an extremley generous donation to support the challenge. In 2009 and 2010 we were the chosen charity of the Irwin Mitchell Charities Foundation. Despite this formal partnersip ending they have continued to support our work in many in kind and financial ways. There support has ranged from generous donations for kick start the Master Cutler’s Challenge 2012 and the loan of meeting rooms and conference facilties for our AGM and free printing services.
Our relationship with Cavendish was a true partnership and together we supported and encouraged our people to go the extra mile, challenge themselves and understand that although cancer is a battle that no-one wants to face, it is less scary with friends like Cavendish Cancer Care at your side.
NILEC Electrical Services have provided many hours of routine and emergency electrical services support to the Cavendish Centre. Always there when we needed help they have provided internal and external lighting solutions on a free of charge bais as well as undertaking our PAT testing requirements. This practical support means we can continue to channel our funds into client care.
RB Building and Landscaping are a local firm who since they found out about our work have providing help and support on a free of charge basis on a number of occasions. Most notably when we were the victim of lead theft on our roof when they provided emergency call out and temporary repairs to enable us to stay open to clients. Our doors would have shut without them stopping the water pouring through the roof.
