  • Paul Holmes Skydives for Cavendish Cancer Care

    August 18, 2017

Whilst enjoying planning his trip to watch the Hungarian F1 Grand Prix, Paul stumbled across the opportunity to complete a 13,000ft parachute jump from a helicopter.

As two this encompassed two things he has always wanted to do, there was no way he was passing up on this opportunity! Having worked next to the Cavendish Centre for many years, Paul decided to combine this life changing experience with fundraising to support the centre.

Also, being the director of Wednesdayite he was able to use his influence, and the help of fellow Football supporters to raise, so far, £3,000 through sponsorship and donations from the use of the Wednesdayite car park on two Match Day occasions.

We would like to thank Paul for his amazing effort in raising vital fund to help keep the Cavendish Centre open, so it can continue to support local families affected by cancer.
